Who we are
Karma Home Care LLC provides home and community-based support services in Minneapolis and Hennepin County, Minnesota. This policy covers the website at karmacaremn.com. You can reach us using the details at the end of this page.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect information from visitors who simply read the site.
Depending on which form you complete, we may collect:
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the role you described, the service you asked about, and your message.
- Refer a Client form: your name, organization, relationship to the individual, phone number and email address; and information you provide about the individual being referred, which may include their name, date of birth, contact details, address, the services requested, payment method, and a description of their support needs.
- Careers form: your name, contact details, city, availability, experience, the message you write, and a resume if you attach one.
Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested. These are generated automatically by the hosting platform.
Information about other people
The Refer a Client form asks for information about someone other than the person filling it in. Please share only what is needed for us to follow up, and only where you have the authority or permission to share it. Do not use this form to send detailed medical records or clinical documentation.
How we use information
We use what you send to respond to your enquiry, review referrals and discuss availability, consider job applications, and keep in contact with you about the request you made. We do not use it for anything else.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not use advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party marketing pixels on this website.
- We do not send marketing email to people who contact us through these forms.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking or analytics scripts. Nothing is stored in your browser by us.
Who else may see your information
Form submissions are delivered by email and are handled by our web hosting and email providers, who process them on our behalf in order to deliver the message. We may also disclose information if we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to protect the safety of a person.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries, referrals, and applications for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the request, and then dispose of them. If you would like your enquiry deleted, contact us and we will remove it where we are able to.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and forms include validation and spam protection. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive medical details through this website. Call us instead.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Where a referral concerns a minor, we expect the form to be completed by a parent, guardian, or authorized professional.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.

For review before publication
This is a general policy prepared for Karma Home Care LLC. It describes how the website works, not how the organization handles records in the course of providing services. It is not legal advice. Karma Home Care should have it reviewed and confirm it matches actual practice, particularly once Medicaid enrollment is complete.
